HP has just released the Comware 7 simulator for HP Partners.

HP Partners can register and login on the HP FlexNetwork dropbox site (https://h30620.www3.hp.com/login-sales#go) and download the code from the downloads section.

This post is outdated, since HP has released a new version of Simware for both Partners and Customers and is free to download without any registration code.
