Using the console connection of the MSM controllers, you can easily reset the password back to the factory default admin/admin.

Open console connection, this output shows a failed login:

 127.0.0.1 login: admin
Password:
Login incorrect

Enter username emergency

 127.0.0.1 login: emergency

Now the emergency menu will be displayed

 Select one of the following options:

  1. Reset both the manager username and password to "admin"

  0. Exit

 Selection:

Select option 1

Manager login credentials were successfully reset to:
Username = admin
Password = admin


Press any key to continue.

Next select 0 to exit

Now you can login with admin/admin
